Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 May 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs ChengCo PLT as the external auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that SBY Partners PLT [202106000003 (LLP0026726-LCA) & (AF 0660)], having consented to act, has been appointed as the new Auditors of the Company with effect from 21 July 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
