Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 25 August 2025, 2 September 2026, 9 September 2026 and 14 September 2026 ("Announcements").

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Court has given the following directions in respect of the filing of pleadings:

(i) The Defendants who have entered appearance are to file their respective Defences on or before 16 November 2026; and

(ii) Total IPCO is to file its Reply to the Defences on or before 30 December 2026.

The Court has fixed the next case management on 31 December 2026 for the parties to update the Court on the status of filing of pleadings, and for Total IPCO to update the Court on the status of service of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the Suit as and when appropriate.
